Earl was a man who found immense joy in the simple, beautiful things in life. He had a passion for woodworking, he spent hours creating beautifully detailed birdhouses and bird feeders, bringing life and song to his surrounding community. His love for the outdoors shone brightly through his meticulous yard work, where he could often be found mowing the grass, tending to his gardens, and nurturing his flower beds into stunning displays. He was a faithful member of the North Columbia Baptist Church for many years. Above all, Mr. Conerly loved his family and friends deeply; possessing a warm, welcoming spirit, he truly never met a stranger.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, William and Lena Conerly; Sister, Gale Boleware; Brother-in-law, Bo Boleware; Nephew, Leslie Purnell.
He is survived by his Brother, Tommy Conerly (Josie) of Columbia; Nieces, Kim Barnes (Scott) of Daphne, AL, Kerry Forman (Craig) of Ocean Springs, MS, Anna Clair Villa (Eliud) of Ocean Springs, MS, Meredith Barnes of Nashville, TN; Nephews, Thomas Foreman of Ocean Springs, MS, Jack Barnes of Daphne, AL, Sanders Barnes of Daphne, AL; and his loving Cousins, Dottie McAllister (Randy), Jeanette Hutchins (Jimmy), Linda Ginn, Sherri Bevels all of Columbia, MS.
The family of Earl would like to express gratitude to the loving care giving him by the Myrtles Nursing Center.
