Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Warrene W. Davis, 88, of Columbia, who passed away Sunday, March 12, 2023. Interment will be at Society Hill Cemetery in Oakvale. Rev. Mark McArthur and Brian Malone will officiate the services. Visitation will be held from 10:00 until 12:00 on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

Mrs. Davis was a lifetime member of the Goss Community. She loved tending to her flowers, watching her birds and playing music on her yellow boom box. Mrs. Davis loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was known at her church and in her community as the "Bubble Gum Lady". She was surrounded by a large family who loved her greatly.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Warren Williams; Mother, Annie B. Williams; three Sisters and a number of Nieces and Nephews.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, John L. Davis; three Boys, William "Skeeter" Stuckey (Jackie), John W. Davis (Belinda), Kevin M. Davis (Cynthia); one Daughter, Debbie Davis; two Grandsons, Kevin "Jody" Stuckey, Todd Stuckey (Tabitha), seven Granddaughters, Mandi Chance (Charlie), Lindsay Grant (Jeremy), Ashley Stuckey Clark, Anna Brumfield (Michael), Nicole Greer (Deryk), Arynn Stuckey, Taylor Merritt (David); and a number of Great Grand and two Great Great Grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Daulton Turnage, Riley Turnage, Elijah Nibert, Cameron Clark, Myles Clark, Cade Stuckey. Honorary pallbearers will be Keagan Martin, Benjamin Martin, Chandler Beard, Alec Fortenberry.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Goss Baptist Church.
