Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Vincent Howard Hunt, 54, of Foxworth, who passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at his residence. Interment will be at Slocum Cemetery in Foxworth. Rev. Ryan Freeman and Rev. Dwight Pace will officiate the services. Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by his Father, George Howard Hunt.

He is survived by his Daughter, Jordyn Womble (Jack), of Columbia; Son, Chance Hunt, of Foxworth; his Mother, Jill Singley Slocum, of Foxworth;  his Father, Lonnie Slocum (Connie), of Foxworth; four Brothers, Anthony Hunt (Brandy), of Hattiesburg, Latrell Slocum (Snow), of Foxworth, Phillip Slocum (Diane), of Foxworth, Landy Slocum (Angela), of Foxworth; three Sisters, Amanda Terrell, of Foxworth, Crissy Joyner (Mitch), of Foxworth; Lori Johnson (Joseph), of Columbia; six Grandchildren; and a Special Aunt, Ilene Pounds, of Foxworth.

Pallbearers will be Anthony Hunt, Eric Hunt, Mitch Joyner, Phillip Slocum, Latrell Slocum, and Lonnie James Slocum. Honorary Pallbearers will be Lonnie Slocum, Buzz Smith, and Jack Womble.
