Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Toxie Terrell, 92, of Foxworth, who passed away Friday, January 7, 2022. Interment will be at Slocum Cemetery in Foxworth. Rev. Jerry Terrell & Rev. Dale Stogner will officiate the services. Terry Terrell, Darlene Garcia, and Sister Ruth Terrell will provide special music. Visitation will be held from 10:30 AM until 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

Toxie was born and raised in Marion County. He has spent most of his life in the Foxworth area. He was a very hard-working provider for his family. He adored his wife, Martha, and his children.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Arkin & Betty Terrell McSwain; three Sons, Ronald Terrell, Kenneth Terrell, Billy Glenn Terrell; one Brother, Rev. Marvin Terrell; and three Sisters, Roxie Lilly, Gladys Bedwell, Lucille Merritt.

He is survived by his Wife of 71 years, Martha Lilly Terrell, of Foxworth; two Sons, Darron Terrell (Judy), of Foxworth, Richard Terrell, of Columbia; one Daughter, Shirley Baldwin (Calvin), of Prentiss; eleven Grandchildren; numerous Great Grandchildren, Great Great-Grandchildren, Nieces, & Nephews.

Pallbearers will be Craig Bedwell, Curtis Bedwell, Kenny Bedwell, Lavelle Merritt, Jeremy Anderson, and Mark Broom. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerome Terrell, Larry Terrell, Lonnie Slocum, and Elvis Smith.
