Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Timothy "Tim" Stringer, 64, of Foxworth, who passed away Saturday, November 28, 2020. Bros. Dwight Pace and Jerry Terrell will officiate. The family will have a private interment. Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Monday, November 30, 2020 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

Tim was a lifelong resident of Foxworth. Known for hard work ethic, he began his working career with Jones Lumber Company before becoming self-employed for over thirty years. His family and those who knew him recall Tim's outspoken spirit, his enjoyment for fishing and junking. Family was the most important thing to Tim, and he deeply loved spending time with them.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Dauville & Alma Lee Stringer; and one Brother, Johnny Reese Stringer.

He is survived by his Wife, Sheila B. Stringer; one Son, Timothy Neil Stringer (Melissa); one Daughter, Stephanie Stringer (Ryan); three Grandsons, Kolby Stringer, Kamron Stringer, Drake Moore; two Granddaughters, Kaylee Stringer, Sadie Stringer; his significant other, Lawana Manata; three Nephews, Jonathan Stringer, Eric Stringer, Mark Stringer; and one Niece, Lisa Francavilla.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Stringer, Eric Stringer, Brett Jones, Mark Stringer, Drake Moore, and Ryan Stringer. Serving as an Honorary Pallbearer will be Jerome "Romey" Terrell.
