Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, November 17, 2023 at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Theresa Gail Dawsey, 68, of Columbia, who passed away Thursday, November 9, 2023 at Memorial Hospital. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Columbia. Pastor Jerron Carney and Rev. Chadwick Craft will officiate the services.  Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Nevill Dawsey; Mother, Sibyl Coxe Dawsey; Brother, Randall "Randy" Dawsey.

She is survived by her Daughter, Shannon Hall (Joshua) of Ocean Springs, MS; Stepsons, Chris Mieras (Jayde); Sean Mieras (Shana); three Grandchildren, Lee Abel Berry, Gemma Berry and Melina Hall, of Ocean Springs, MS; Step Grandchildren, Garrett Mieras (Valeria); Gentry Mieras, Payten Mieras; Brother, Van Dawsey (Regina) of Columbia; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Pallbearers will be Jim Ward, Lee Abel Berry, Lon Ward, Slade Dawsey, Brant Terrell, and Brydon Terrell.
