Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, February 14, 2022  at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Tammy Simmons, 62, of Columbia, who passed away Thursday, February 9, 2023 at her residence. Bro. Tommy Stogner will officiate the services.  Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Monday, February 13, 2022 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

Tammy was preceded in death by her Father, Earl Welch; Father-in-law, Alton Simmons; Step- Father-in-law, Mac McCrory.

She is survived by her Husband, Joey Simmons of Columbia, MS; Mother, Virginia Broom Welch of Columbia, MS; Sons, Ryan Simmons (Mandy) of Opelika, AL and Andrew Simmons (Caitlin) of Collins, MS; Sister, Kristy Brown (Caleb) of Columbia, MS; Grandchildren, Sterling Simmons, Campbell Simmons, Alex Simmons, Lola McGinty and Camden McGinty; Mother-in-law, Joyce McCrory of Columbia, MS.
