Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 8, 2022 at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Sylvia Lynn Dixon, 58, of Foxworth, who passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2022. Elder Neal Davis will officiate the services. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at Hathorn Funeral Home. A private Graveside will follow the services.

Mrs. Dixon was a longtime resident of Marion County. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening and taking care of her dogs, Duke & Brownie. She will be missed by all her friends and family.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Floyd Starks; and her Mother, Lillie Merle Starks.

She is survived by her three Sons, Dewayne Broom (Laura), Artis Dixon, Jacob Dixon; three Brothers, James McMichael, Jerry McMichael (Karen), Gilbert McMichael; two Grandchildren, Kaylee Broom, Carter Broom.

Pallbearers will be James "J.B." McMichael, Tyler Hill, Payton Hill, Clayton McMichael, Jamie Graham, and Merrell Allen. Mike Cole will serve as an Honorary Pallbearer.
