Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Sharron Michelle Broom, 45, of Columbia, who passed away Friday, July 2, 2021 at Marion General Hospital. Interment will be at Society Hill Cemetery. Bro. Tommy Broom will officiate. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

Mrs. Michelle was preceded in death by her father, W.J. Dyess; and brother Tommy Bezzard.

She is survived by her husband, Tim Broom of Columbia; daughter, Courtnie Broom (Donald Bryant) of Columbia; mother, Betty Dyess of Columbia; brother, Jerry Bezzard of Florida; sisters, Vivian Collins (Gary) of Louisiana, LuLu Webb of Missouri, and Liz Williams of Brookhaven; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
