Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, July 31, 2020, at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Settie Mae Watts, 75, of Columbia, who passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at Marion General Hospital. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery. Bros. Glen Pace and A.D. Gammill will officiate. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM on Friday, July 31, 2020, at Hathorn Funeral Home.

As a long-time resident of Columbia, Settie was happily married to her husband, Hubert, for 57 years. She really enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, including her little dog, Boo-Boo. She took great joy helping raise her grand-daughter, Casey. Everyone knew Settie was a people person, and her favorite past time was watching "The Price is Right." The family fondly recalls her constantly losing her debit cardshe went through about 30 cards! She will be greatly missed by all that knew her. Settie loved singing at Life Church, where she attended faithfully for 47 years.

Mrs. Watts was preceded in death by her Father, Marcus Lambert; Mother, Vera Lambert; Son, Steven Dwayne Watts; Brother, Clifford Lambert; and two Sisters, Quida Merle Johnson, Hazel Watts.

She is survived by her Husband, Hubert Watts; one Grandchild, Casey Danielle Pegram (Scott); and one Sister, Louise Cognivich.

Pallbearers will be Scott Pegram, David Hobgood, Randy Watts, Coley Thompson, Joey Steihal and Dale Goodman.
