Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, May 27, 2024 at St. Stephens Episcopal Church in Columbia for Sebastian R. Acosta, 25, of Foxworth, who passed away Sunday, May 19, 2024. Interment will be at Pine Grove Pentecostal Church Cemetery in Foxworth. Father Stan Fornea will officiate the services. Visitation will be held from 9:00 am until 10:45 am on Monday, May 27, 2024 at St. Stephens Episcopal Church.

Sebastian was born in Honduras and raised in Lafayette, LA. He graduated with a Bachelors Degree from William Carey University where he also played soccer. Sebastian was not only dedicated athlete but also a hardworking, selfless, individual. He was generous and always willing to put others needs before his own. He had a very special bond with each and every member of his family.

Sebastian's life, though short was filled with love, laughter, and a profound sense of purpose. He touched the lives of many and left an indelible mark on our hearts. His legacy is one of kindness that never wavered. He approached life with a level of kindness and empathy that is truly inspiring.

He was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Modesto & Telma Acosta; Grandparents Jose M. & Ruth E. Reina.

He is survived by both sets of Parents, Dennie & Renee Rials; Ricardo Antonio Acosta (Lourdes); seven Siblings, Mario Acosta (Alejandra), Lawayne Rials, Lashae Lima (Michael), Diego Acosta (Tatiana), Isabella Acosta, Andrea Acosta, Pili Medal; four Nephews, Santiago Acosta, Isidore Acosta, Maverick Lima, Salvatore Cracchiolo; three Nieces, Camilla Acosta, Lakyn Lima, Leilani Lima.
