Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Sarah Katherine Sullivan, 83, of Bassfield, who passed away Saturday, December 25, 2021 at her residence. Interment will be at Sullivan-Anderson Cemetery in Bassfield. Rev. J.T. Farve will officiate the services. The Ford Family Singers and Sherry Clark will provide special music. Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

Sarah was a loving wife and mother that was respected and loved by everyone. She was a faithful member of Melba Baptist Church. She was a great example of a Christian lady.

Mrs. Sullivan was preceded in death by her Parents, Hugh & Mary Jane Aultman Ford; four Brothers, Bill Ford, Harlon Ford, Donald Ford, Cecil Ford; and three Sisters, Martha Nell Sumrall, Inez Keen, Mary Alice Broome.

She is survived by her Husband of 62 years, Bobby Sullivan, of Bassfield; four Sons, Greg Sullivan (Sandra), of Bassfield, Mike Sullivan (Paula), of Bassfield, Richard Sullivan (Debra), of Bassfield, Kendall Sullivan (Kayle), of Sumrall; one Brother, Reggie Ford, of Hattiesburg; ten Grandchildren, Grant Sullivan, Jessica Prescott (Chris), Rusty Sullivan (Christy), Melissa Sanford (Brad), Scott Sullivan (Raychel), Megan Broome (Drew), Alexis Sullivan, Sarah Grace Sullivan, Slade Sullivan, Austin Clark; fourteen Great Grandchildren; and a Number of Nieces & Nephews.

Pallbearers will be Doug Ford, Roger Ford, Scott Sullivan, Rusty Sullivan, Grant Sullivan, and Drew Broome.
