A memorial service will be held on a later date for Phyllis Annette Breakfield, 60, of Columbia, who passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Forrest General Hospital.

Mrs. Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Breakfield; and her parents, James Douglas and Leona May Pendarvis.

She is survived by two daughters, Melissa Ard of Columbia, and Rachel Breakfield of Starkville; brothers, James Robert Pendarvis of Columbia, and Gregory Pendarvis of Columbia; sisters, Janice Sistrunk (Rex) of Columbia, and Shirley Bullock (Jerry) of Columbia; and a host of nieces, nephew, and friends.
