A private family graveside service was held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at Woodlawn Cemetery in Columbia for Patricia Ann Stewart, 89, of Columbia, who passed away Thursday, September 30, 2021 at her residence. Rev. David Young officiated the service, and Mark Fite provided special music.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Benny W. Stewart; her parents, Charles & Quida McKenzie Simmons; one brother, John J. Simmons; and one sister, Margie Brett.

She is survived by four sons, George Stewart of Columbia, Robert Stewart of Gautier, Steve Stewart (Daphne) of Tomball, Texas, Joseph Stewart of Gautier; one Daughter, Barbara Ann Stewart of Columbia; four grandchildren; Nicole Puerta (Eddie) of Tomball, Texas, Natalie Ann Stewart of Tomball, Texas, Elizabeth Cady Lowman (Nicolas) of Spring Hill, Tennessee, Patricia Celess Stewart of Gautier; and three great-grandchildren; Havana Puerta of Tomball, Texas, and Crawford Stewart Lowman and Lauren Elizabeth Lowman of Spring Hill, Tennessee.

Pallbearers were Michael Brett, Chance Brett, Wendall Hammond, Mike White, Nicolas Lowman, and Eddie Puerta.
