A Graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Woodlawn Cemetery in Columbia for Pamela Gale Hill, 70, of Columbia, who passed away Thursday, March 20, 2025 at Courtyard Nursing Home in McComb. Rev. Jay Yarborough will officiate the service.

Pamela, was a devoted wife and mother, and she cherished her family above all else. Her gentle spirit and sweet, loving personality radiated warmth to everyone she met. Pamela found immense joy in the simple pleasures of nature, spending countless hours outdoors, observing the birds and befriending her pet squirrels. Born in Columbia, she returned to her roots, spending the majority of her life surrounded by the community she loved. Her love for children was undeniable, and she shared a beautiful 41-year marriage with her husband, Raymond. Her kind and gentle presence will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Raymond Hill; her Son, Rex Kenneth Staggs, Jr.; her Parents, Jesse L. & Sally Jo McIntosh Whitehead; and two Sisters, Jeanette Whitehead, Patsy Thompson.

She is survived by her Daughter, Debbie Staggs, of Lumberton; one Brother, Perry L Whitehead (Barbara), of Amite, Louisiana; one Sister, Glenda Misita (Charles), of Delhi, Louisiana; one Granddaughter, Stephanie Staggs; and two Great Grandchildren, Cue Sanchez, Millie Staggs.
