Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at Improve Baptist Church in Columbia for Marie Brewer, 94, of Columbia, who passed away Sunday, October 25, 2020 at The Grove. Interment will be at Improve Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Darel Daniels will officiate. Visitation will be held from 9:30 AM until 12:00 PM on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at Improve Baptist Church.

A long- time resident of the Improve Community, Mrs. Marie was known by everyone as "Maw Maw." She was quick witted and had a sharp sense of humor. For many years, she served faithfully on the hospitality committee at her church. Alongside her husband, Mrs. Marie was a proud supporter of the FFA. She loved being outdoors, camping, cooking for family, gardening. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her Husband of 64 years, Clarence Brewer; her Parents, Willie and Mittie Williams; and two Sisters, Rena Ainsworth, Olene McManus.

She is survived by her Daughter, Ann Robertson (Rodney), of Columbia; two Sons, David Brewer (Bridget), of Rickman, TN, Allen Brewer (Margie) of Columbia; one Sister, Pauline Bailey; thirteen Grandchildren, Robert "Robby" Bennett (Leslee), Jeremy Bennett (Brandie), Melissa "Sissy" Wilks (Porter), Natasha Carrier (Chris), Chad Brewer (Candis), Duncan Tucker (Paige), Benton "Buck" Tucker (Nichol), Alex Brewer (Mindy), Bailey Brewer, Kristi Dease (Scott), Brittany Morgan (Jake), Kayla Mullins, Mathew Mullins; thirty-four Great-Grandchildren, eleven Great Great-Grandchildren; and a host of Nieces, Nephews.

Pallbearers will be Robert "Robby" Bennett, Jeremy Bennett, Chad Brewer, Alex Brewer, Chris Carrier, and Duncan Tucker. Honorary pallbearers will be Porter Wilks, Chuck Brewer, and Benton "Buck" Tucker.
