A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Kenneth Watts Robbins, 90, of Columbia, who passed away Monday, July 28, 2025 at Amelia`s Garden Assisted Living in Lucedale. Rev. Marcus Kelly will officiate the service.

The Robbins family will receive guests on Thursday morning from 10:00 am up until the hour of service at11:00 am at Hathorn Funeral Home.

Kenneth lived a truly brilliant life, marked by global adventures and a passion for craftsmanship. His distinguished career as an engineer took him to many countries overseas, where his expertise left a lasting impact. Beyond his professional achievements, Kenneth found immense joy in the art of woodworking, creating beautiful pieces with his own hands. He cherished the tranquility of fishing, the timeless elegance of classic cars, and the boundless excitement of traveling to new places. His life was a testament to a curious mind and a spirit that embraced both creation and exploration.

He was preceded in death by his first Wife, Elizabeth Cooper Robbins; his Son, Kenneth Hart; and his Parents, Castus & Iva Watts Robbins. He is survived by his Wife, Peggy Hitt Robbins, of Columbia; and one Grandson, Matt Hart.
