A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, May 17, 2024 at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Kenneth Ray Turnage, 77, of Foxworth, who passed away Monday, May 13, 2024 at his residence.  Bro. Chris Turnage will officiate the services.  Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Friday, May 17, 2024 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

Mr. Turnage proudly served his country as part of the United States Air Force for 20 years.  He liked to read books in his spare time and loved tending to his livestock.  Driving his tractor was a past time favorite along with gardening and tinkering around the farm.  He will be missed by his family whom he loved very much.

He was preceded in death by his Son, Brian Turnage; Father, Cooper Ray Turnage; Mother, Arlora McMichael Turnage; Sister, Francis Hudson.

He is survived by his Wife, Geraldine (Geri) Harris Turnage;  Son, Russell Turnage (Lisa);  Daughter, Denise Turnage Ballew;  ten Grandchildren, Meghann Kendrick (Danielle), Christopher Kyle Turnage, Corey Hill (Haley), Alyssa Ballew (Trent), Tristen Ballew, Breann Ford, Taylor Turnage, Tyler Turnage, Kaylee McKnight (Shane) and Kendall Lee;  three Brothers, Harvey Turnage (Sharon), Walter Turnage (Mary) and Alton Turnage (Delores);  Sister, Sylvia Rankin (Jerry); 14 Great Grandchildren;  and a Host of Nephews and Nieces;  Daughter-In-Law, Melissa Turnage Garrett;  Brother-In-Law, Roger Hudson.
