Kathleen Varner passed away peacefully, leaving behind a beautiful legacy of love, faith, kindness, and cherished memories.

Kathleen found great joy in the simple things in life. She loved spending time in the kitchen, where she shared her love with others through cooking and baking. Her homemade fudge and doughnuts were special treats that brought smiles to the faces of family and friends. For Kathleen, preparing food was more than a pastime—it was one of the many ways she showed people how much she cared.

She also loved riding her bicycle, enjoying the freedom, fresh air, and peaceful moments along the way. Kathleen had a creative heart and talented hands, especially when she was crocheting. Through her crochet work, she created beautiful pieces that will be treasured as reminders of her patience, creativity, and love.

Kathleen's faith was an important part of her life. She was actively involved in her church and found joy and purpose in serving, worshiping, and being part of her church family. Her faith guided her life and was reflected in the love and compassion she showed to those around her.

Kathleen is lovingly remembered by her sister, Deborah Conrad; her daughter, Sheri Smith; her grandson, Sean Smith; her three stepchildren; and her two granddaughters. She also leaves behind a loving friend and caregiver, Cassie Blansett, whose care, compassion, and friendship were a meaningful blessing in Kathleen’s life.

Though she will be deeply missed, Kathleen’s life was a gift to those around her. Her love touched many lives, and her memory will remain a blessing to her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

May she rest peacefully in the arms of her Lord, surrounded by the love she gave so freely throughout her life.
