Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Shiloh Baptist Church in Foxworth, Mississippi, for Jimmie Edgar Nichols, Sr., 77 of Tylertown, Mississippi who passed away Sunday, February 13, 2022. Interment will be at Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Rob Grant will officiate the services. A brief visitation will be held from 11:30 am until service time on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Shiloh Baptist Church.

Jimmie was preceded in death by his Wife of 53 years, Darrell June Nichols; his Father, James Edgar Nichols, one Brother, Robert Henry Nichols; two Sisters, Katheryn Cox, Judith Nichols.

He is survived by his Mother, Virginia Nichols; his Children, Robin Diane Lara (Robert), Virginia Lynn Skyvara (Frank), Jimmie Edgar Nichols Jr. (Natalie); one Sister, Carolyn "Tootie" Lilley; nine Grandchildren, Jaycent Simon (Joel), Shae Swonke (Jimmy), Cody Skyvara (Kristen), Corey Lara, Andrew Emmons, Bailey Nichols, Tanner Nichols, Janice Nichols, Logan Nichols; and ten Great Grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Frank Skyvara, Jimmy Swonke, Tanner Nichols, Chris Johnson, Andrew Emmons, and Robert Nichols.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Marion County Food Pantry.
