A private family service will be held for Jewell Lavon Owens, 90, of Foxworth, who passed away Thursday, June 4, 2020 at her residence. Interment will be at Owens Family Cemetery in Foxworth.

She was preceded in death by her Husband of 71 years, Charles L. Owens, Sr.; her Parents, Henry & Willie Fortenberry; seven Brothers and Sisters; and 2 Grandchildren.

She is survived by three Sons, Chuck Owens (Marcia), of Columbia; Pat Owens (Terri), of Foxworth, Kenny Owens (Lynn), of Foxworth; one Brother, Charles Fortenberry of Kansas; six Grandchildren; and 13 Great Grandchildren.

The family wishes to extend special thanks to Cindy Thornhill, Patricia Thornhill, Carlotta Williams, and the Deaconess Hospice team. All offered compassionate love and care for Jewell.
