Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, July 18, 2022, at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Jesse B. Taylor, 62, of Prentiss, Mississippi, who passed away Saturday, July 9, 2022. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Columbia, Mississippi. Rev. Randall Buckley and Rev. Sammy Williams will officiate the services. Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until  1:00 pm on Monday, July 18, 2022 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

Mr. Taylor lived a life surrounded by his family and grandchildren, whom he adored. He really enjoyed making people laugh. He was an avid supporter of the Saints, and LSU every year, win lose or draw and loved to listen to The Singing Hinsons. Mr. Taylor played lead guitar in a Blue Grass Band called "Hwy 63" for a number of years.

He was preceded in death by Father, Pete Poole; Mother, Pauline Poole; one Sister, Paulette Parker.

He is survived by his Wife, Charlotte King Taylor; one Son, Jesse "Scott" Taylor; one Daughter, Kayla Danielle Buckley (Jaden); three Grandchildren, Bryson Graves, Ian Graves, Kylie Milar; two Brothers,  Clifton Parker, Jr.,  "Timmy" Parker; two Sisters, Rita Waller, and Henrietta Forehand; Special Friend, Kimberly Hall, and a number of Nieces and Nephews.
