Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm on Monday, June 2, 2025 at Goss Baptist Church in Columbia for Jeff William Wright, Jr., 67, of Columbia, who passed away Thursday, May 29, 2025 at Forrest General Hospital. Interment will be at Society Hill Cemetery. Rev. Brian Malone will officiate the services. Sandy Buckley and Gerald Pounds will provide special music.

The Wright family will receive friends on Monday morning, beginning at 10:00 am until the hour of service of 12:00 pm at Goss Baptist Church.

Jeff Wright, Jr. lived a life rich in faith, family, and his favorite pastimes. He found deep satisfaction in the outdoors, whether he was hunting or fishing, and his passion for Alabama football was unwavering. A skilled craftsman, he also enjoyed the quiet artistry of woodworking. Above all, Jeff loved the Lord with all his heart, a devotion evident in his faithful service as a deacon and choir member at Goss Baptist Church. He cherished his daily calls with Kerry, discussing their work, and his profound love and pride for his children were always apparent.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Jeff William Wright, Sr.; Mother, Barbara Ann Bott Wright; two Brothers, John Wright and Robert Wright; Sister, Linda Emfinger.

He is survived by his Wife, Terri Hinson Wright; three Sons, Derick Wright, Kerry Wright (Amanda) and Patrick Wright; Daughter, Kira Bradley; four Grandchildren, Jacob Bradley, Lance Wright, Braxton Wright and Barrett Wright; Sister-In-Law, Michelle Wright; and a host of nephews, nieces, and friends;

Mr. Wright will be carried to his final rest by those honored to serve as pallbearers; they include Hoot Robertson, Justin Dunnam, Terrell Polk, Richard Cushing, Wiley Cleland, and Cotton Reid.
