Funeral services will be held at 5:30 pm on Friday, June 16, 2023 at Bay Creek Baptist Church in Lumberton, Mississippi for Harry Barker Moore, 90, of Sumrall, who passed away Monday, June 12, 2023. Bro. Carlos Boyte   will officiate the services. Visitation will be held from 4:30 pm until 5:30 pm on Friday, June 16, 2023 at Bay Creek Baptist Church.

Mr. Harry and to others "Paw Paw" loved his wife and children immensely. He enjoyed the challenge of mechanics. Some of his favorite phrases were "Hand me this", or "Where is my?" He would tell the kids; I have a 10-minute job and it wound up taking US all day. Some of hobbies included, fishing, camping, woodwork and riding motorcycles. Mr. Harry served in the Korean War as a radio operator on the front lines. He was proud to serve his country and he loved his fellow officers dearly. He will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Ralph E. Moore; Mother, Dorothy M. Moore; two Sons, Harry B. "Bubba" Moore, Jr., Michael B. Moore; four Brothers and one Sister.

He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Mrs. Martha Stuart Moore; two Daughters, Lisa Moore, Krista L. Boyte (Laron); four Grandchildren, Kayla Boyte-Moore (Daniel), Michael L. Boyte, Ellen Moore, Ethan Moore and a number of Nieces and Nephews.
