Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Gloy Mae Herrin, 84, of Columbia, who passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at The Myrtles Nursing Home. Interment will be at Improve Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Darel Daniels will officiate. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

Mrs. Mae was preceded in death by her husband, Horace Herrin; parents, Hobson and Nettie Regan; son, Byron Herrin; great-granddaughter, Rose Taylor Herrin.

She is survived by her daughter, Sandy Easterling (Bruce) of Hattiesburg, MS; son, Neil Herrin (Amy) of Seymour, TN; daughter-in-law, Kathy LaBue of Columbia, MS; grandchildren, April Feliciano (Nathanel), Lacey Saul (Ryan), Chris Herrin (Brittany), Christina Newell (Garrett), Caleb Herrin, and Lauryn Herrin; great-grandchildren, Anna Grace Herrin, Emory Rae Herrin; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Pallbearers will be Caleb Herrin, Chris Herrin, Mike Mills, Adam Mills, Herscel Anderson, and Jonathan Mclemore.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Improve Christmas or Youth Fund.
