He was preceded in death by his Father, Clifford Roth; Mother, Mary Pauline Roth.

He is survived by his Wife of 47 years, Mrs. Bettye Roth of Lumberton; one Son, Zachary Uriah Roth (Jeremy Cumpton) of Hattiesburg; one Daughter, April Elizabeth Roth Graves (Jonathan) of Gulfport; one Brother, Kenneth Roth (Nan) of New Hope, AL.
