A memorial service will be held at Columbia Presbyterian Church in Columbia on Wednesday, April 17 at 11:00 am, Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 16, at Columbia Presbyterian from 5:00-7:00 pm for George (Larry) Lawrence Hancock, 83, of Columbia, who passed away Thursday, April 11, 2024 at his residence.

He was preceded in death by his Wife, Ellen Hancock; Father, George Hancock; Mother, Vera Drane Hancock; Brother, Danny Hancock.

He is survived by his Son, Lance Hancock (Jessica); Daughter, Katie Walley of Columbia, MS; four Grandchildren, Jacob Hancock, Jackson Hancock, Briggs Walley and Mac Walley; Brother, Michael Hancock; Sister, Lola Sanders.
