Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at Dexter Pentecostal Church for Gearldine Tippit, 70, of Foxworth, who passed away Thursday, December 12, 2019 at Marion General Hospital. Interment will be at Double T Cemetery in Foxworth. Sister Linda Cox will officiate. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 14, 2019 up until the service time on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at Dexter Pentecostal Church.

Gearldine was known by many as a giver! Throughout the years she was always inviting someone into her home. There was no one that she wouldn't give the shirt off her back to. Due to her overwhelming generosity, hundreds of people referred to her as Aunt Deanie or NaNa. Gearldine's family was so very important to her, and she loved spending time with them. She also enjoyed working in her yard and four-wheeling. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death her Parents, Rev. Marvin & Annie Faye Terrell; and one Granddaughter, Brittany Roddy. She is survived by her Husband, Shelby Tippit, of Foxworth; two Daughters, Regina Teague, of Foxworth, Rhonda Roberts (Jackie), of Foxworth; one Son, Randall Tippit (Stacy), of Walker, Louisiana; and a number of Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Doug Slocum, Dwight Pace, Eric Pounds, Jeremy Tolar, Brian Terrell, and Latrell Slocum.
