Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Gary Henry Seyfarth, Sr., 79, of Gautier, who passed away Monday, July 5, 2021 in Pascagoula. Interment will be at Foxworth Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

Gary lived most of his youth in Natchez, before moving to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He will always be remembered for his hard work. As a ship fitter, he retired two separate times; first from Northrop Grumman and second from V.T. Halter Marine. Gary also enjoyed wood working, spending time in his shed, as well as fishing and being outdoors. His family, and especially his grandchildren, were always his greatest joy in life. Many stories can be shared about Gary's giving spirit and loving heart.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Charles & Bertie Elizabeth Seyfarth; one Daughter, Sherry Seyfarth; one Brother, Clarence Seyfarth; and one Sister, Ruth Brown.

He is survived by his Wife, Vicky Seyfarth, of Gautier; five Sons, Gary Seyfarth, Jr. (Amber), Mason Storm, David Seyfarth (Mary), Charles Seyfarth, Joshua Godwin, Sr.; three Daughters, Patricia Martin, Terri Weatherly (Eddie), Jessica Atwell (Gary); one Brother, Charles Seyfarth, Jr. (Nelda); one Sister, Joan Moore (Buddy); twenty Grandchildren, Gary Atwell, III, Avi Atwell, Lyla Atwell, Ivan Atwell, Joshua Godwin, Jr., Gavin Seyfarth, Emma Seyfarth, Will McGraw, Peyton Seyfarth, Lauren Seyfarth, Becky Lea, Betsy Melton, Timmy Beatty, Robin Bordelon, Christina Wagoner, Dan Martin, Jr., Oscar Seyfarth, Paige Seyfarth, Megan Seyfarth, Sebastian Seyfarth; and a number of other family members and friends.
