A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Victory First Congregational Methodist Church for Fred Stanley Peterson, 63, of Kokomo, who passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022 at his residence.

Fred was preceded in death by his father, Clinton Blackwell and Melvin Peterson.

He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Peterson of Kokomo; mother, Vera Mae Blackwell; sons, Fred Stanley Peterson, Jr., Clinton Peterson (Kayla); daughters, Stacey Beasley (Darrel Pittman), Stephanie Faust (Steve Romero), and Heather Spinner (Arjuna); brother, Perry Blackwell (Shaunna); sister, Sheila Morgan; grandchildren, Erica Peterson (Kinlee Istre), Dalton Peterson, Logan Peterson, Austin Beasley, Dalayna Beasley, Kila Beasley, CJ Peterson, Gracey Peterson, Nick Faust, Katie Mae Faust, Josh Dixon, Devon Spinner, Ethan Spinner, and Urijah Spinner; great-grandchildren, Karoline McKenzie, Mason McKenzie, Isabella Istre, Caillou Slocum; two great-grandchildren on the way; nephew, Alex Garner;  nieces, Brittney Garner, Christie Redd (Buddy), and Leola Stogner.
