Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Eva Rae Wilkes, 88, of Ellisville, who passed away Sunday, November 12, 2023 at The Guardian Angel. Interment will be at New Bunker Hill Cemetery in Columbia. Rev. Cliff Lazenby and Rev. Clay Thomas will officiate the services. Travis Ard and Alyece Ard will provide special music. Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

The Wilkes children wish to express their sincere appreciation to the caregivers who provided exceptional care for their mother over the past several months, becoming like family to her.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Jack Wilkes; Son, Terry Wilkes; Father, Eugene ER Lankford; Mother, Clara Ward Lankford; Sister, Jeannette Mueller.

She is survived by her three Daughters, Cindy Ard (Ed); Melody Cannon and Jan Meredith (Kip); Sister, Gloria Edwards (Jim); 8 Grandchildren; 13 Great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Michael Bubba Whiting, Travis Ard, Kolt Whiting, Zack Graham, Ed Miller, and Chad Meredith. Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Ard, Myles Ard, Carson Thomas, and Carter Thomas.
