Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, November 03, 2025 at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Eva Mae Moree, 82, of Columbia, who passed away Thursday, October 30, 2025 at her residence. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Columbia. Rev. Dave Nichols and Rev. Ron Jordan will officiate the services. Chris Turnage will provide special music. Visitation will be held from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Monday, November 3, 2025 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Billie (Bill) Moree;  Son, David McCain;  Father, Charles Robert Turnage;  Mother, Era Jane Pounds Turnage;  Brother, George Turnage;  three Sisters, Billie Langston, Bobbie Harrell, Peggy Turnage.

She is survived by her Sister, Jean Turner;  three Grandchildren, Charles McCain, Matthew McCain and Tabatha Connett;   7 Great Grandchildren; two Nieces, Trudy Mulford and Melissa Lowery (Scott);  A special Great Niece, Sarah Kay Saucier;  Special Friend, Teresa Morrison; And a host of nephews, nieces, and friends;.

Pallbearers will be Danny Alexander, K.W. Anthony, Joe Beets, Evan Broom, Shawn Elkins, and Geoffrey McMichael. Honorary pallbearers will be John McElroy, Lonnie Haynes, Fred Buhrer, Ronnie Gieger, Aidan Lowery, and Charles McCain.
