Mrs. Eula was a long-time resident and staple of the Oakvale community. Some called "Momma"some called her "Nanny," but all knew her for her kindness and generosity towards others. She raised her children fishing on the Pearl River and teaching them the hard work of gardening. She loved flowers, hummingbirds, canning vegetables, and loving on her Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren. More than anything, she loved cooking for her family and friends, especially the Pearl River Valley Electric crews. She exemplified to her children and grandchildren the true meaning of unconditional love. Eula had a deep love and relationship with her Lord and surrendered her life to Him at a later age in life. Her gifts of cooking and sharing her labors of love were the results of God's blessings in her life.
