A Memorial service will be held at a later date for Etoile C. Lowe, 92, of Foxworth, who passed away Thursday, March 26, 2020 at his residence.

As a long-time resident of Marion County, Etoile served our nation faithfully in the United States Army National Guard.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Charles & Lurena Mulford Lowe; one Son, Steve Lowe; two Brothers, Shelton Lowe, Jabus Lowe; and one Sister, Tilma Pigott.

He is survived by his Wife of 66 years, Billie Boyd Lowe, of Foxworth; one Daughter, Lisa Kister of Foxworth; two Sons, Jeff Lowe of Foxworth Todd Lowe (Cindy), of Foxworth; three Grandchildren, Andrea Porter (Bryan), Tessa Foster, Shane Carney; and four Great-grandchild, Cameron Henebry, Jacob Porter, Benton Hauser, Nathan Foster; one Daughter-in-law, Alyece Lowe, of Foxworth.
