Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Enon Landmark Missionary Baptist Church for Emma B. Dale, 79, of Columbia, who passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2021. Interment will be at New Enon Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Richard Magee, Bro. Bill Morris, and Bro. Edward Penton will officiate. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, August 27, 2021 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

Longtime resident of Marion County, Mrs. Dale enjoyed farming, her cats, and reading the Bible. She was a devout mother, wife, and a faithful member of Enon Baptist Church in Columbia. She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.

Mrs. Dale was preceded in death by her Father, Frank Butcher; Mother, Minnie "Ruth" Butcher; her husband of 57 years, Lamar E. Dale.

She is survived by her Son, Glenn Dale; one Daughter, Renee Stampley (Rob); two Grandsons: Kris Stampley, Ryan Stampley.

Pallbearers will be Logan Dunn, T.J. Kennedy, Neal Windham, Will Simmons, Trent Tolar, Brandon Livingston, and Tom Porter.
