Funeral services will be held at 6:00 pm on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Elizabeth Irene Powell, 51, of Columbia, who passed away Sunday, January 29, 2023. Rev. Steve Albritton will officiate the services. Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

As a longtime resident of Marion County, Elizabeth loved spending time with her family. She especially enjoyed texting her grandchildren, reading, writing, and listening to music. She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Tommy Powell; Mother, Sarah Hunt; one Son, Derick Baughman; one Sister, Trina Powell; one Granddaughter, Britley Baughman; one Nephew, Teman Powell.

She is survived by her Husband, Scott McNabb; two Sons, Kenny Baughman (Jennifer), Johnathon Baughman (Matthew); two Brothers, Tommy Roy Powell (Jamie), Joey Powell; one Sister, Lela Moody (Mark); two Step Siblings, Ricky Fortner (Lisa), Jennifer Oxner (Jesse); Seven Grandchildren, Conner Baughman, Kaitlynn Baughman, Collin Baughman, Brooklyn Baughman, Baylia Arnold, Braylie Eisworth, Huntyr McNabb; two Step Children, Logan McNabb, Tiffany McNabb and a number of Nieces and Nephews.
