Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Donald Allen, 85, of Sandy Hook, who passed away Saturday, October 31, 2020. Interment will be at Carson Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Sandy Hook. Bro. Carl Dickens will officiate. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

As a longtime resident of the Sandy Hook Community, Donald was an outdoorsman who loved camping and fishing. He was an avid reader and a carpenter by trade for over fifty years

He was preceded in death by his Parents, J.D. & Effie Allen; one Daughter, Rita Faye Allen Spiers; and one Sister, Virginia Branch.

He is survived by his three Daughters, Linda Williams, Sandra Singletary, Debra Moran; nine Grandchildren; and a number of Great Grandchildren.
