Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm on Monday, May 15, 2023 at Hathorn Funeral Home for Denman Lamar Huhn, 80, of Columbia, who passed away Friday, May 12, 2023. Pastor Jerron Carney and Rev. Clyde Clark will officiate the services. Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm on Monday, May 15, 2023 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

Mr. Huhn lived a beautiful life surrounded by his family and grandchildren. He was very opinionated, always wanted the last word, and was very "matter of fact"! He loved spending time at his camp in Louisiana as well as vacationing in Florida, Branson, Missouri, and Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Some of his hobbies included fishing and tending to his cows, who were named by his grandchildren. Mr. Huhn loved his church, Woodlawn Church in Columbia.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Preston Huhn; Mother, Jenice W. Huhn; one Brother, Dudley Huhn.

He is survived by his Wife of 23 years, Sandra Huhn; one Son, Eddie Huhn (Shan); two Daughters, Kim Gibson (Renee), Ramona Melder (Brandon); eight Grandchildren, Kelli Holland (Justin), Donavan Huhn (Caroline), Amanda Stanley (Drew), Jonathan Gibson (Vanessa), Joy Dunaway (Drew), Tyler Gibson (Lauren), Kole Melder and Owen Melder; seven Great Grandchildren.
