Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at Woodlawn Cemetery in Columbia for Danny Reed Robbins, 59, of Youngsville, Louisiana, who passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021 in Lafayette, Louisiana. Bro. Sammy Williamson will officiate the services.

Danny was born and raised in Columbia, and he spent all of his life in Marion County up until his recent retirement. He served his nation faithfully as a member of the United States Army National Guard. He spent the majority of his life as a sheet metal fabricator with Robbins Roofing in Columbia. His family will always remember him as being a "gentle giant" that loved and feared God.

Mr. Robbins was preceded in death by his Wife of 40 years, Carolyn Ann Robbins; and his Father, William Lavon Robbins.

He is survived by his Son, Brandon & Kristi Robbins, of Youngsville, Louisiana; Mother, Evelyn Louise Howell Robbins, of Maurice, Louisiana; one Brother, Lavon & Kathy Robbins, of Columbia; two Sisters, Diane & Joe Holmes, of Columbia, Cheri Walker, of Paris, Tennessee; one Grandchild, Kinsli Robbins, of Mire, Louisiana; four Brothers-in-law, Ricky & Laura Trahan, of Youngsville, Louisiana, Larry & Lori Trahan, of Youngsville, Albert Trahan, of Scott, Louisiana, Eric & Vicki Trahan, of Milton, Louisiana; and a number of Nieces, Nephews, and other family members.
