Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Lakeview Church of God in Columbia for Carlton Lynn Moak, 60, of Columbia, who passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021 at his residence. Revs. Charles Duncan & Bobby Duncan will officiate the services. Buddy Liles will provide special music. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Lakeview Church of God.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Carlton & Betty Jean Moak; and Grandparents, Horace & Donie Roberts Moak, Percy & Leona Smith.

He is survived by one Brother, Jason Moak, of Brookhaven; Aunts & Uncles, Woodie & Betty Moak, of Central, Louisiana, Brenda Dillion, of of Zachary, Louisiana, Joyce Griffin, of Monticello; one Step-son, Corey Bryan, of Brookhaven; one Step-daughter, Candace Tinnon, of Calhoun City; eight Grandchildren; many loving family members; and especially mourned by Larry & Edith Case, of Foxworth.
