Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, April 22, 2022 at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Burlon Carney Armstrong, Jr., 61, of Foxworth, who passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at Forrest General Hospital. Interment will be at Hopewell Cemetery. Bro. Steve Albritton will officiate. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Friday, April 22, 2022 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

Burlon was preceded in death by his Wife, Sandra Armstrong; Father, Burlon Armstrong; Mother, Jean Belveal.

He is survived by his Daughter, DeAnne Bedwell (Tracy) of Sandy Hook, MS; Sons, Desmond Armstrong (Theresa) of Purvis, MS, Devon Armstrong (Keri) of Foxworth, MS, Dayn Armstrong of Foxworth, MS; Step-mother, Carlene Armstrong of Foxworth, MS; Brothers, Chad Armstrong of Foxworth, MS, Kimber McKay of Atlanta, GA, Steve Armstrong of Columbia, MS, Glen Wiginton of Foxworth, MS; Sisters, Helen McKay of Plant City, FL, Stephanie Armstrong of Columbia, MS, Robin Belveal of Plant City, FL, Berry Belveal of Plant City, FL, Cyndy Miller (Wiley) of Kokomo, MS; six grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Pallbearers will be Dylan Armstrong, Caleb Broom, Elijah Broom, Jeremi Ramshur, Paul Stringer, and Cory Stringer.
