Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Bobby R. Sullivan, 90, of Bassfield, who passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2024. Interment will be at Sullivan/Anderson Cemetery in Bassfield. Rev. J.T. Farve will officiate the services. Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

Mr. Sullivan was a loving husband and father that was respected and loved by everyone. He was a faithful member of Melba Baptist Church. Mr. Sullivan served our Great Nation in the Army. He was a great example of a Christian man.

He was preceded in death by his wife 62 years, Mrs. Sarah Ford Sullivan; Parents, Vester Ray Sullivan, Sr. & Bertha Jane Sullivan; three Brothers, Vester Ray Sullivan, Jr., Shelton Arvest Sullivan, Otho Dale Sullivan; one Sister, Audell Sullivan Ford.

He is survived by his four Sons, Greg Sullivan (Shanie), Mike Sullivan (Paula), Richard Sullivan (Debra), Kendall Sullivan (Kayle); ten Grandchildren, Grant Sullivan, Jessica Prescott (Chris), Rusty Sullivan, Melissa Sanford (Brad), Scott Sullivan (Raychel), Megan Broome (Drew), Alexis Graham (Preston, Jr.), Sarah Grace Sullivan, Slade Sullivan, Austin Clark, and twelve Great-Grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Grant Sullivan, Rusty Sullivan, Scott Sullivan, Drew Broome, Preston Graham, Jr., Bryce Sanford. Honorary pallbearers will be Slade Sullivan and Austin Clark.
