Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at Gates Road Baptist Church in Columbia for Bobbie Nell Lowery, 83, of Columbia, who passed away Sunday, March 27, 2022 at her residence. Interment will be at Gates Road Cemetery. Rev. Steve Ellis and Rev. Yancy Magee will officiate. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Monday, April 4, 2022 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

Mrs. Bobbie was preceded in death by her Husband, James Lowery; her Parents, Columbus and Bessie Sanford; two Brothers, George Sanford, C.C. Sanford, Jack Sanford; two Sisters, Balzie Cavanaugh, Christine Gipson; and one Grandson, Justin Lowery.

She is survived by her three Daughters, Rita Julstead, of Columbia, Sandy Sartin (Marty), of Columbia, Monica Lowery; two Sons, Ricky Lowery, of Columbia, Jeff Lowery (Charlotte), of Columbia; two Brothers, Johnny Sanford (Katherine), of Columbia, Nathan Sanford (Joyce), of California; one Sister, Patsy Broom (Nathan), of Columbia; one Sister-in-law, Sylvia Sanford, of Columbia; five Grandchildren, Dae'Shawn Lowery, Erik Sartin (Ariel), Erica Silas (Andre), Daphne Russell, Jessica Lowery; twelve Great-Grandchildren, Vivian Sartin, Cash Silas, Kelvin Silas, Karlie Jefferson, Christon Lowery, Micah Igleharte, Kayla Igleharte, Charlie Igleharte, Justin Lowery, Jr., Taylor Russell, Miguel Lewis, Rayven Owens; and a host of Nieces, Nephews, and Friends.

Pallbearers will be Rusty Broom, James Broom, Andrew Gipson, Charlie Igleharte, Seth Sanford, and Erik Sartin. Mark Igleharte will serve as an Honorary Pallbearer.
