Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Blanche T. Stringfield, 87, of Foxworth, who passed away Monday, January 2, 2023. Interment will be at Morgantown Cemetery in Morgantown. Rev. Austin Bahm will officiate the services.  Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

Blanche lived her life closely connected to her family and grandchildren, whom she loved immensely. She enjoyed cooking, listening to gospel music, and serving her church faithfully. Mrs. Stringfield was a light to many and had a servant's heart.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Edwin Stanley Easterling; Mother, Virgie B. Easterling; one Brother, Clovis Easterling; one Sister, Eleanor Brower.

She is survived by her Husband of 69 years, Maxie Stringfield; one Son, Mark Stringfield (Dorie); one Daughter, Cindy Smith (Goodwin); three Grandsons, Derrek Daughdrill (Megan), Jeremy Rogers (Bridget), Joseph Rogers (Samantha); one Granddaughter, Lauren Bahm (Austin) six Great Grandchildren, Jacoby, Myles, Maddux, Lawry, Joley and Addie.

Pallbearers will be Goodwin Smith, Bo Williams, Austin Springfield, Perry Bracey, Tanner Williams and Scott Ross.
