Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at Woodlawn Church in Columbia, Mississippi for Billie Lee Carroll, 69, of Columbia, who passed away Friday, April 3, 2026. Pastor Jerron Carney will officiate at the funeral. A graveside service and interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Columbia, Mississippi. Reverend Stephen Binion will officiate at the graveside service.

The Carroll family will receive guests on Saturday afternoon from 3:00 pm up until the hour of service at 4:00 pm at Woodlawn Church.

Billie was born in Portsmouth, Ohio. She met the love of her life, Michael (Mike), at the age of 14. They married when she was 16 years old, and their beautiful love story continues on through the lives of their children and grandchildren, as well as the many friends, family members and other loved ones whose lives Billie impacted in a tremendous way.  Billie has now graduated from this earthly life to her heavenly one to be with her Savior, and we know she is rejoicing at that long awaited day!

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence Slack and Nora Slack.

She is survived by her Husband, Michael Carroll, of Columbia; one Son, Shawn Carroll (Raquel), of Columbia; one Brother, John Slack (Marilyn); four Grandchildren, Shelby Carroll Mallory (Cary), Logan Carroll, Lexi Carroll, Lucas Carroll.

Billie will be carried to her final resting place by those honored to serve as Pallbearers: Lexi Carroll, Logan Carroll, Shawn Carroll, Cary Mallory, Caitlyn Slack, and John Slack.
