Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Hathorn Funeral Home in Columbia for Anna Marie Bedwell Matheny, 64, of Utica, who passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at University Medical Center. Interment will be at Bedwell Cemetery in Foxworth, MS.  Bro. Ronnie Morgan and Bro. Zachary Johnson will officiate the services. Rita Slaton will provide special music. Visitation will be held from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

Anna was preceded in death by her Husband, Obie Carroll Matheny; Father, Jessie Bedwell; Mother, Colie Mae McCain Bedwell; two Brothers, Bradley Bedwell, Eddie Bedwell; Sister, Elizabeth Bedwell.

She is survived by her Son, Allan Jones (Joni) of Foxworth, MS; thirteen Grandchildren, Bailey Jones (Breanna) of Columbia, MS, Ethan  Jones of Foxworth, MS, Colby Jones of Foxworth, MS, Abigail McCarson (Chad ) of Waverly, TX, Hannah Matheny of Dickson, TN, Rachel Matheny of Dickson, TN, Elisha Matheny of Dickson, TN, Jeremiah Matheny of Dickson, TN, Joseph Matheny of Dickson, TN, Bilah Matheny of Dickson, TN, Rebecca Matheny of Dickson, TN, Hadassah Matheny of Dickson, TN, Mary Matheny of Dickson, TN; Great Grandchild, Slade Jones of Columbia, MS; two Brothers, Larry Bedwell (Terri) of Sumrall, MS and Scott Bedwell (Linda) of Foxworth, MS;  Sister, Tammy  Harvey of Foxworth, MS; and a host of  nieces, nephews, and friends.

Pallbearers will be Chris Bedwell, Phillip Bedwell, Eli Bedwell, Eric Harvey, Jerry Collier, Donta Bell, and Jerry McNeese. Honorary pallbearers will be Casey Harvey, Jessie Harvey, Waylon Magee, and Warren Magee.
